Cancellation/Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session; otherwise you will incur a $95 fee.

Payment

Payment is due and collected at the time of service via cash, check, debit card, credit card, or PayPal. If payment is unable to be collected at time of service, an email invoice will be sent out immediately and payment is expected within 24 hours.

Payment plan clients, please follow specific payment guidelines as directed in contract.

Tardiness

If you are late to your appointment, we will work together for the rest of the allotted time, however, no additional time will be guaranteed.

Insurance Reimbursement

Most services are reimbursable by health insurance; however, everyone's plan is different. If you wish to be reimbursed, please call your insurance and tell them you would like to start seeing a psychotherapist out of network, and ask at what rate they reimburse fees. If they require further information (my tax ID or NPI number, a letter, or completed insurance form), please contact me.

Unfortunately, there are no guaranteed outcomes in this work. I can and will, however, guarantee you my full attention, knowledge, and effort in our work together. I ask that you bring your full commitment, honesty, and authenticity to the program in order to achieve the best results possible—a better, more fulfilled, and rich life for you.
