ALWAYS LEARNING

In early May I went to Ft. Lauderdale to spend 4 days improving my craft. I make learning a consistent part of my business for several reasons:

Learning makes me a better coach
I love to grow as an individual
Getting outside of my comfort zone is the most important practice in business and in my personal life.

This conference helped me to improve the way I talk about what I do, see how I can be a better coach for my clients, and how to make better offers to people I want to become clients.

Why do I invest in this intense level of learning?

I want to practice what I preach. And I often preach on the importance of growing, getting outside your comfort zone, and creating everyday ambassadors for your business. What good would I be as a coach if I wasn’t doing the same thing?
