Wanting What You Have

 

Have you ever realized you were beating yourself up and being your own worst critic? Last week, that’s exactly where I was and feeling down in the dumps about it. 

I know: That’s not like me! 

But, I’m human and we ALL have those moments. It may be normal, but it feels terrible. 

Fortunately, when that happens I have a great exercise I can turn to that I’m excited to share with you today.
